In Balance Hot Yoga is Southampton’s first hot yoga studio. It is pretty incredible what Benedita and her team achieved over the years. I have seen it from the beginning when they opened their doors 3 years ago until now surviving a second lockdown.
For most of their students In Balance provides a space to learn, grow and get stronger together including beginners workshops, online classes and yoga teacher trainings.
Together we created a library with images and videos of students practicing in clases and workshops which are being used on their website and social media daily. These images help them to show case past events, advertise for the upcoming ones and attract new students.
I’ve been joining their classes from the beginning and love how it’s not just strengthens your body but also your mind.
